Response times: usually within a week for reader questions, longer if Matt is actually skiing. For gear questions, please include your budget range, how often you ski, and what your last jacket or pair of pants did well or badly, otherwise the advice will be generic. For trip report submissions, a rough outline is enough to start; Matt will come back with any questions before you write the whole thing up.

What doesn't get a reply: guest post pitches for links, sponsored content requests dressed up as collaborations, and generic PR mailshots. This is an independent editorial site and stays that way.
